Kristen is a Software Test Engineer who has been employed with
PROMERGENT for four years. She spends her day testing software to
ensure that we provide our customers with a top notch product.

Our company picnic was a huge success. Kristen and her husband Chris were the king's
of the bocce ball court. There was plenty of food and fun for everyone, including a water
balloon toss, three-legged race, football, and volleyball.
It was a great opportunity to meet everyone's families and enjoy the sunshine,
and we can't wait to do it again!
We work hard and play hard, and by Friday, everyone enjoys a little
break - that's why PROMERGENT schedules "Fun Fridays."
Kristen's favorite Fun Friday event thus far has been our Indoor Putt
Putt Golf Tournament.
Anyone can schedule a Fun Friday event; some of our activities
have included a paper airplane contest, an ice cream social,
and a St. Patrick's Day party.
PROMERGENT celebrated Halloween in style - each and every employee dressed up to compete
in our costume contest! Kristen dressed up as the Cat in the Hat, her favorite
book character.
We played a number of games including pumpkin bowling and were treated to
a kiddie parade organized by the on-site day care facility.
In addition to the on-site day care facilities, PROMERGENT is lucky
enough to have an near-by gym, where Kristen sometimes goes to get a
good workout in on her lunch hour. Run Kristen, Run!
Every year, we celebrate the holiday season twice. We have an in-house
employee party to trade secret
Santa gifts and solve brainteasers for prizes - Kristen won a stuffed snowman.
We also have an evening holiday dinner party at a local restaurant. One
December, employees got a good look at Baby Daino, a new addition to the PROMERGENT
family.
As part of PROMERGENT's on-going effort to give back to the community,
we take part in volunteer events such as the WCNY fund drives. Kristen
and others joined the WCNY staff, and all who participated had a
rewarding and great time.
